1. About fullsndr

fullsndr, LLC ("fullsndr", "we", "us", or "our") operates a trail status notification and predictive closure service at our website and subscriber application fullsndr.com and our application programming interface at ai.fullsndr.com (collectively, the "Service"). We monitor publicly available trail websites, collect environmental and weather data, and notify subscribers when trail conditions change.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

Program name: fullsndr Trail Alerts

Program description: fullsndr, LLC operates an SMS messaging program that delivers trail status alerts, weather alerts, one-time account verification codes, and account login links to subscribers who opt in via our signup form at fullsndr.com/signup.

Types of messages you may receive:

• Trail status alerts sent when one of your subscribed trails changes status (open, closed, partial closure, individual segment changes). Example: "fullsndr: Standing Boy CLOSED. Multiuse: Closed. fullsndr.com/status"
• Weather alerts sent when significant weather affects your subscribed trails (incoming rain, active precipitation, post-rain drying). Example: "fullsndr: Rain heading to Standing Boy in ~2h. Ride now if you can. fullsndr.com/status"
• Account verification codes sent when you sign up or verify your phone. Example: "fullsndr verification code: 482719. Enter this code to activate your trail alerts. Expires in 10 minutes."
• Login links sent when you request to log in via SMS. Example: "fullsndr login link: fullsndr.com/s/a3f8k2. Expires in 15 minutes."
• Replies to keyword commands you send to our number, such as STATUS, HELP, or STOP.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on trail activity and your account usage. Expect up to approximately 30 messages per month per account. During quiet weather periods you may receive zero messages for days or weeks at a time. During active closure and reopen cycles you may receive several messages in a single day.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Rates are billed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by fullsndr, LLC. Check with your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Opt-in: You opt in to SMS by selecting the SMS alert preference on our signup form at fullsndr.com/signup and providing your mobile phone number. By doing so, you expressly consent to receive the message types described above from fullsndr, LLC at the mobile number you provided. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-out: Text STOP to any fullsndr SMS at any time to unsubscribe from all fullsndr SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation of your unsubscribe and will not receive further SMS messages thereafter. You can also disable SMS or delete your account at any time from your profile page.

Supported carriers: fullsndr SMS is delivered via Twilio, Inc. and supports all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Google Fi, and most U.S. MVNOs. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are governed by our Privacy Policy, Section 3 (SMS Communications and Mobile Information). We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile information with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Account Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not use the Service to:

• Impersonate another person
• Submit false or misleading trail status information
• Attempt to access accounts or data you do not own
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service in violation of our robots.txt or rate limits
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages or for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription Tiers and Billing

Free tier: Free for personal use. Includes trail status notifications and basic forecast information.

Paid tiers (Pro, Founder, Manager): Billed monthly through Stripe, Inc. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription amount until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing page at fullsndr.com/my/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days notice via email to active subscribers. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.

5. The Service Is Provided As-Is

fullsndr is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Trail status data comes from automated monitoring of publicly available trail websites and from manager input. Predictive closure forecasts are produced by a probabilistic model and are not guaranteed.

We do our best to keep status and forecast information accurate, but we are not responsible for decisions you make based on trail status, weather data, or predictions provided by the Service. Always check actual conditions before you ride.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fullsndr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. fullsndr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, content, trail predictions, and underlying data models, is owned by fullsndr, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Muscogee County, Georgia.
