1. What fullsndr Does

fullsndr monitors trail conditions and sends you notifications when trail statuses change. We also collect weather, soil moisture, and environmental data to build predictive models for trail accessibility.

2. Your Account

When you create a profile, you provide your name, email, phone number, and trail preferences. We use this to:

• Send you trail status notifications via SMS and email
• Let you manage your notification preferences
• Improve the accuracy of our prediction models

You can update or delete your profile at any time through your dashboard.

3. Your Data is Yours

We take your privacy seriously:

• We will never sell your personal information.
• We will never share your individual data with trail managers. Managers see aggregate metrics only (subscriber count, notification volume, engagement trends). They never see your name, email, phone number, or preferences.
• You subscribe to fullsndr, not to the trail manager. Your relationship is with us.

4. What We Collect and Why

Personal info (name, email, phone): to send you notifications and manage your account.

Trail preferences: to send you relevant alerts for trails you care about.

Usage patterns (notification opens, trail page views): to improve the service. Free tier users contribute anonymous, aggregated usage data that helps improve prediction accuracy for everyone.

Environmental data (weather, soil moisture, trail status history): this is the core of our prediction engine. This data is not personally identifiable.

5. Paid Subscriptions

Paid tiers (Pro, Manager, Founder) are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. The Service

fullsndr is provided as-is. Trail status data comes from website monitoring and manager input. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we are not responsible for decisions made based on trail status or predictions. Always check conditions before you ride.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
