The card on the right is rendering from a demo endpoint. Real embeds pull live data from your dashboard on a 60-second cache.

Who owns the subscribers when they sign up via a Manager Pro embed? +
fullsndr owns the subscriber relationship. You see aggregate subscriber counts and engagement on your dashboard. This matches the Shopify model - you get the distribution and the alert delivery without the legal weight of owning a contact list.
What happens if I exceed 5 segments on Manager Basic? +
Manager Basic is hard-capped at 5 segments. To add a 6th segment, upgrade to Manager Pro (up to 15 segments included, metered after).
How does the segment meter work on Manager Pro? +
You pay the $120 flat base. If you list more than 15 segments, each additional segment is $3/month. If you manage more than 1 trail system, each additional system is $20/month. Both are reported to Stripe at the end of each billing cycle based on what's configured in your dashboard.
What if I cancel Manager Pro? +
The embed on your site continues working until the end of your billing period. After that it reverts to an unmonitored status card pointing to fullsndr.com - the subscriber relationship we've captured for you continues to receive fullsndr-side alerts.
Can Manager Basic customers embed the widget on their own site? +
No. The embed is a Manager Pro feature. Manager Basic keeps the audience on fullsndr.com while fullsndr handles scraping and notification.
Why is Manager access "request only"? +
We're in beta. Every early Manager customer gets hands-on setup, a direct line to the founder, and invoice billing while the product matures. Self-serve Stripe checkout opens once the beta group proves the configuration.
